New Patient & Communication Notice
New Patients:
Due to current staffing limitations and high demand, the clinic is not accepting new patients until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be booked by calling the clinic or attending the clinic in person during business hours.
Telephone & Electronic Communication Policy:
Our GPs are generally unable to take telephone calls while consulting with patients. Phone enquiries will be taken by our reception staff and passed on to the GP as soon as possible.
We aim to return phone calls within the same business day, where possible.
The clinic uses Best Practice software to securely send messages to doctors, linking each message to the relevant patient and query. This system may also be used to assist with requests such as referrals and prescriptions.
Please provide reception with clear and relevant information so that your request can be directed to the appropriate team member.
