Vaccinations
Our GPs provide vaccinations under the National Immunisation Program (NIP) and Victorian immunisation programs for eligible patients, including Australian children, pregnant women, older adults, and people with certain medical conditions.
If a vaccine is not covered under the NIP or other government programs, your GP can provide a prescription for the vaccine, which can be purchased from a pharmacy. The vaccine can then be administered by your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.
Women and Men’s Health
We offer wide range of services to women of all ages, including general health checks, cervical cancer screen, breast cancer checkups, family planning, pregnancy testing and shared antenatal care.
Our doctors are likewise qualified to care for many men’s health issues, including general health checks, sexual health, and prostate and testicular cancer.
Children’s Health
Our doctors are also experienced in working with children and commonly undertake general health checks, growth and development checks and immunisations.
One of special interests of our doctor is to diagnose and care for children with special needs.
Geriatric & Aged Care Services
Our GPs provide care and support for older patients with complex health conditions, including:
Geriatric health assessments
Dementia screening and cognitive assessment
Medication reviews, including Home Medicines Reviews
Assessment and management of multiple chronic conditions
Referrals to My Aged Care for appropriate support services, including assistance with home care and daily activities
We have experienced team (doctor and nurse ) specialised in assessment and managing overweight or obesity. We provide multidisciplinary approach, diet exercise advice and medication if needed. Complex patients will be linked with Weight Control Clinic at Austin Hospital.
