COVID-19 information

For the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, you are required to phone the practice on 03 9464 7997 if you have travelled to declared hotspots within the last 14 days, or you have any infective or respiratory symptoms on the day of your appointment. If these conditions apply, please do not attend the practice in person until you have spoken to reception & obtained further advice.  Thank you.

If you are booking a telephone consultation, please be aware that Medicare rules have changed. You must have attended this practice in person in the past 12 months to receive a Medicare rebate.

We are still required to implement physical distancing. If you are attending the medical centre in person, you may be asked to wait outside or in your car, so we can manage our waiting room numbers. We also request that you attend the appointment by yourself wherever possible, so we can keep waiting room numbers to a minimum.

Information regarding COVID-19 vaccinations will be provided to you as soon as we have a clear understanding of our role from the government. We will communicate with you via text message or this website page as required.

The vaccines approved for use in Australia by the TGA are the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine and the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine. You can read more about them here: https://www.health.gov.au/initiatives-and-programs/covid-19-vaccines/getting-vaccinated-for-covid-19/which-covid-19-vaccine-will-i-receive
